RE:HARVEST
RE:HARVEST, meaning to "harvest again," aims to reduce
carbon emissions and contribute to solving food resource issues.
Our goal was to upcycle several million tons of nutrient-rich brewer’s
spent grain being thrown away due to a lack of technology for utilization.
Starting out with spent grain, we diversified our process to encompass
a wide range of other by-products, including sikhye, flour, and red ginseng items,
enhancing our upcycling technology and expanding our development
into high-value, highly functional, and highly nutritious food ingredients.

RE:HARVEST offers upcycling technology tailored to clients' needs
to reduce by-products of more domestic and international companies.
Furthermore, we promise to expand the usage of by-products
as eco-friendly consumer goods beyond just food.

01

Realizing the difference in
other countries and establishing
a food upcycling company

I had the opportunity to visit various countries while working
as a business management consultant. I established a food
upcycling company to create a circular economy for resources
because there is more food that is being thrown away than we think.
There are still people who are starving in the world.
02

The birth of patented technology
through endless research and innovation

Extensive research finally led us to acquire a patent for
our food upcycling process. Even now, we immerse ourselves
in research regarding new food byproduct processing methods.
Although we feel the burden of being an industry pioneer as
Korea's first food upcycling company, we picture a world where
there is no more food being thrown away using our technology.
